Human Concerns And Outreach
Through Human Concerns, St. Leo the Great cares for our neighbors across Racine. Feeding the hungry, walking with those who grieve, and reaching the sick and homebound.

Grieving Ministry
Compassionate companionship for those mourning a loved one. New English group: 1st & 2nd Monday of the month — 10:00–11:30 AM at Sacred Heart and 6:00–7:30 PM at St. Lucy. Our established English and Spanish groups continue — see the bulletin for current times.
Available at: Sacred Heart & St. Lucy

Nursing & Homebound Ministry
Led by our deacons, bringing prayer, Holy Communion, and companionship to parishioners in nursing care or who are homebound.

Cooperating Partners
St. Leo the Great serves alongside trusted partner organizations across Racine — the Knights of Columbus, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and Our Harmony Club.
